Warranty

We stand by the quality all our products and offer a 2-year warranty covering wear and tear under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs. Also note that both Card products will tarnish over time as the coating wears with use.

For warranty claims, simply reach out to our customer support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue and they will direct you on how to proceed.
